This beautiful facility is sparkling clean with very attractive decor and a wonderful, full, hot breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful “ above and beyond” any expectations! Mikie and Aiesha were both so kind to immediately show me how to set up Uber Ride on my phone and safely use the app to call for a ride to and from our event! My husband and I are elderly and never tried that app before; and, were it not for Mikie and Aiesha, we would have been nervous wrecks driving in Charlotte traffic! We are forever indebted to these amazing young people for making our weekend so great and relaxing!

The location was perfect with easy access from Independence Avenue. The room was clean and had both a microwave and mini-fridge. The water was hot with plenty of pressure. The breakfast was plentiful and had both hot and cold selections with excellent coffee and juice. The staff were amazingly friendly!

Everything was amazingly clean and beautiful! Mikey was the Guest Service Rep from Heaven :) All that answered the phone in guest services were amazing! I truly did enjoy my stay! Breakfast was really good. I loved the sitting areas.

The room was comfortable although not as clean as I would prefer. The breakfast was good, although the service was lacking ( I had to track someone down to restock the bowls and spoons and refill the water).
